We’ve spent years developing a new way of making dog food. The journey begins with gently cooking our food to the lowest temperatures required to kill pathogens. After this step is completed our food gets air dried to make it shelf stable. The combination of these two ancient methods of food preparation has allowed us to create whole food recipes without the need for preservatives, oxygen absorbers, silica gel packets, or refrigeration.
We work with veterinarian, Dr. Karen Becker to formulate whole food recipes that are high in protein & low in carbs with limited ingredients. These recipes have very simple ingredient decks as they each have 10 ingredients or less. One of the most unique things about these recipes is that we were able to formulate them to meet AAFCO’s requirements for a complete & balanced diet through using only whole foods without having to add any synthetic vitamins or minerals.
